leaf spring spare parts of all types of land vehicles are produced and consists of two separate
units.

A- The Metal Casting Parts Machining Unit(Pig,Spheridal castings)
B- The Machining Unit
The Casting Parts Machining Unit: In this unit, the parts produced by means of casting are machined for good quality and high procession using different machines.

The Machining Unit:In this department,leaf spring Spare parts are manufactured from steel, sheet or pipe material.

Metalurgy Group:

The Moulding Factory: The leaf spring accessories are molded here and transported to the machining factory. In addition of these, we're capable of casting steel parts between 0.5 kg to 500 kg with desired properties according to our customer's demand

With our professional technical stuff, we produce all overland transporting vehicle's leafspring accessories and also chassis and axle accessories such as BMC, DAF, FIAT, IVECO , FORD, MAN, MERCEDES, SCANIA, VOLVO , ISUZU , MAGIRUS MITSUBISHI , TRAILER , KIA , HYUNDAI ,HINO by using CNC machines, conventional lathe and milling machines and also the other modern machinery.
